Jamaica Magic City™ - Endorsed by The Government of Jamaica, this project is scheduled to break ground by September 2020 in six (6) Phases, scheduled for completion in six (6) years, at a 12 Billion USD estimated budget.
Antigua and Barbuda Paradise City™ Sports-Plex pending endorsement by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda, is expected to begin construction in Summer of 2020 with two (2) year schedule for conclusion a 300million estimated budget project.
Guyana Emerald City™ - Endorsed by The Government of Guyana, is scheduled to break ground in October 2020, with six (6) years schedule for conclusion, and an estimated 9 Billion USD budget.
Trinidad & Tobago ARIMA Eaton City™ & Sports-Plex still pending local Government approval but is scheduled for official presentation at the earliest convenience to the current Prime Minister, Dr. Keith Rowley. This project has an estimated 2.4 Billion USD price tag for construction and is targeted to break ground by September 2020, provided all necessary approvals are secured, with a six (6) year construction schedule for conclusion.
GREEN BROWN also has several projects in Africa with the Government of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, which remain pending due to the current uncertain political environment.

“JAMAICA MAGIC CITY” PROJECT TIMELINE
The estimated construction time of four (4) to six (6) years is envisioned for the “JAMAICA MAGIC CITY” project, and roll-out in the following Phases:
SPORTS DISCIPLINE PROPERTIES:
- Twenty-seven (27) International standard Soccer/Football Training fields, (for hosting major training camps for international teams)
- Six (6) NFL standard Footballs training fields.
- Six (6) Field Hockey international standard training fields
- Six (6) World Rugby training fields established for championship teams
- An exclusive Beach Soccer and Volleyball Stadium 10,000 capacity (for hosting major international events)
- An exclusive Track & Field Mini Stadium (for hosting major international events)
- A Mini Cricket ICC standard Oval 15,000 seating capacity (we expect to host our own T20 International Tournament games)
- Twelve (12) outdoor ICC standard practice nets and four (4) indoor practice nets
- A PGA nineteen (19) hole Golf course and a driving range
- A high- performance Injury Rehab Centre (for international & regional athletes)
- A 55,000 capacity Football stadium (host of international friendly games /tournaments)
- NBA standard basketball indoor arena to seat 18,000 with two (2) hard wood training courts
- A high-performance international football and academic school and dormitories for the housing of up to 252 students
A COMPRESSED NATURAL GAS (CNG) BUS STORAGE AND TRANSIT FACILITY:
The new Transit Facility will provide storage and maintenance space for Transit's new fleet of CNG buses as well as non-pollution buses, targeted in the City limits. It is capable of housing a minimum of 124 buses, up to 500 buses, and eighteen (18) maintenance bays, including two (2) detail cleaning bays, on-site compressed natural gas fueling infrastructure, and associated staff facilities. It also supports diesel bus operations, recognizing the transition period needed to introduce CNG buses into Transit's fleet that will serve as the Airport Monorail/Tri- Rail commute connector and provide a citywide Transit system.
The transit system will include a passenger terminal, pick up and drop off station stalls, a parking area for park-n-ride accommodations/services to the Shopping Mall, Business Hotel Food Court, Fuel Station, Fire Station, Police Station and the Monorail/Tri-Rail Station.
